Richard Enderlin

General Manager

Richard was raised in Ohio, went to school in Virginia, and moved to California immediately after graduation. His wanderlust had begun early. Working at Rande Gerber’s Armani cafe in Beverly Hills, he learnt the classic technique of fine bartending and guest service. From here, he moved to work for the Gerber Group hosting their quickly growing hotel lounge and nightlife offering.

During his 23 years with the group, Richard travelled from LA to Aspen to Las Vegas working as General Manager and then to Director of Operations for the new opening of Me by Melia Hotels in Cancun. During his time in Aspen, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles, Richard also found time to assist in the openings of other Gerber Group bars and restaurants in New York, San Diego, and Scottsdale.   He became Regional Manager for the group and oversaw the group’s operations in New Orleans and Atlanta.

After 23 years, Richard resigned from Gerber Group to pursue new adventures which brought him to a new city he hasn’t lived before, Boston.

 Richard is excited to be part of a venue that mixes all of his main interests - food, beverage, music and hospitality, which is exactly what B3 was built to provide. Richard is tremendously excited to join the Duck and Chicken Group and lead such a wonderful, highly motivated team. His drive in hospitality is centred on his passion in making sure that our guests receive the best possible experience when visiting B3. Each and every day, with each and every guest.
